need infromation

Hello, My name is paul, I need infromation on federal grants for starting a business or school aid. I am 58 and have been on SS for 10 years, I hate it would rather work. If anyone knows of some infromation let me know. money is tight and if I were to go through a company for grants I need to some good reccomendations first. Tahnks Paul
